We had a wonderful time at Lake Powell this year. We found a great beach that the kids loved playing on. One of our favorite things was watching a large group of returned missionaries from Mesa, Arizona doing dare devil tricks next to our house boat. They used a home made wooden ramp to ride BMX bikes down and do jumps and tricks into the lake. ***See youtube link to the right*** Brian and Carl even tried it and about killed themselves. They also created a big water slide with plastic, lakewater and dish soap on a huge sand hill. The kids (including our husbands) all took turns sliding down it. We returned the favors by giving them a boat ride and our leftovers. It was our favorite year at Powell and we look forward to next year's trip.

Yes! I'm so glad you created a blog, now we have to get Kalyn on board and get one too! Nice job, I love your background- you'll have to tell me how you did it. I love the pics of your family, especially the Sharpie one! Kelli- you are an amazing mother! We're so happy for you guys and miss you too. We too had a blast at Powell this past year, one the best years. We really enjoyed being with you guys and creating the memories.
