This was our best 4th of July ever! We went to Liz and Robb's beautiful house where Robb BBQ'd everything: meat, corn, vegies, cactus, pineapple, tomatoes, etc., swam, lit sparklers, then went to Lake Las Vegas and got a spot right off the lake across from the fireworks. I was sitting there thinking I've never been happier in my life. We've been blessed beyond my imagination this year. It amazes me how relatively small decisions shape our lives, for the good and bad. We miss family and friends but hope to build new friendships here and strengthen our little family.

Robb said it was his best 4th of July ever too!! We are so happy to have you guys living so close and I'm so glad my kids can get to know your kids like you and I were close growing up!
